Hi, I’m Travis Stock-Tucker.

Transforming Creativity into Community Impact.
Building Cultural Infrastructure.
Empowering Artists.
Elevating Stories.

Travis Stock-Tucker is a creative strategist, nonprofit leader, and community organizer based in Long Beach, California. His work operates at the intersection of creativity, equity, and impact. Whether orchestrating public art events, coordinating exhibitions, or architecting organizational infrastructure for nonprofits, Travis demonstrates an unwavering commitment to inclusive storytelling, organizational integrity, and cultural empowerment.

With over a decade of experience spanning nonprofit governance, creative production, and executive-level operations, Travis synthesizes the roles of strategist, project manager, designer, advocate, fundraiser, and collaborator. He serves as the Managing Director of Happily Bearded After, LLC, a community-focused creative entity rooted in photography, placemaking, and civic engagement. Through this platform, he curates Long Beach Night Walks & Long Beach Photo Walks, a monthly community event series that reconnects residents with the city while celebrating art, community, and culture.

Applying this same civic methodology to the Belmont Shore Business Association (BSBA), Travis serves as (staff), driving the district’s marketing, event management, and placemaking strategies. He designs and executes high-profile neighborhood activations—including the Summer Stroll & Savor series, the Belmont Shore Book Faire, and the Annual Christmas Parade—to amplify local commerce and cultivate a vibrant, connected coastal community.

Additionally, Travis applies his media and engagement expertise to the ABC7 Street Team, collaborating with KABC-TV’s production and audience engagement teams to execute high-profile regional activations. Representing the station at major events like LA Pride, the Southern California Brain Tumor Walk, and the Spark of Love toy drive, he drives public engagement, manages logistics, and captures dynamic digital content. Leveraging his strong background in photography.

Deepening his commitment to local education, Travis serves as a Board Member for Ignite Arts & STEM. In this capacity, he optimizes organizational governance and guides a diverse pipeline of programming, spanning foundational STEM-integrated arts for younger students to workforce development for older youth. He plays a pivotal role in advancing the "Business of Art" program, empowering students in grades 6 through 12 to bridge the gap between creative expression and professional entrepreneurship by equipping them with the financial literacy and career readiness essential for the modern creative economy.

Further expanding his community impact, Travis is an Innovator in Residence with the City of Long Beach’s Co-Lab program, where he collaborates on forward-thinking civic initiatives. He is also a cohort member for Zone In: Everyone’s Coast, a program focused on reimagining and activating Long Beach’s coastal spaces through inclusive, community-driven approaches.

This capacity for complex civic execution is anchored by his professional history as a Software Quality Assurance Manager in the insurance-tech sector, where he led QA teams and managed large-scale releases. That experience provided a rigorous foundation in detail-oriented systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration—technical competencies he continues to deploy in every creative and organizational project he leads.

Outside of these core roles, Travis is a dedicated advocate for Special Olympics Southern California, serving as the volunteer Operations Management for Healthy Athletes large-scale events three times a year. In this leadership capacity, he orchestrates the complex logistics and healthcare screenings that provide critical wellness services to hundreds of athletes. His dedication extends to advocacy, having represented the organization at Special Olympics Capitol Hill Day to lobby Congressional representatives for policies that advance health equity and inclusion. He thrives where authenticity, access, and representation converge, believing that strategic organization and intentional design are powerful catalysts for neighborhood transformation.
